Hi Friends,
Well thank you for your patients. It was a loooong Christmas break but I’m back and ready to share more of my story.

If you remember, I’ve been recounting my encounter with Jesus due to sitting and praying in my chair for weeks last summer. At the time my spiritual eyes were opened and I sat with Jesus on my back patio. The last post in December was a retelling of my visit to the Father’s Garden. You can read that here.
For the next several days, every morning, I would awake and couldn’t wait to get out to the patio to meet with Jesus, face-to-face. And each morning we would return to the garden where I would see the vining plants and flowers. Each visit offered some nuances of understanding, awareness and always love and joy.
On the second day in the garden, the sound remained the anthem they were singing and this time I saw Iris flowers. There are many variety of Iris and for some reason when I looked at one type of Iris, I would see all varieties. Weird.
Now I understand how difficult it is for Biblical authors to share what they see in heaven. How do I describe for you to relay the complete understanding what I could see in a moment, with enough accuracy for you to envision the scene? It’s challenging. Bear with me.
I remember looking closely at an Asian version of the bloom and then a regular old purple iris that is common around here. As I bent over to take in the aroma and to see into the center, it’s as though I entered into the plant. I could see such detail that you never notice otherwise.
I lifted my head and looked at Jesus. He said, “Lynn, do you know why most of the flowers on the earth have a yellow center?”
I stared waiting for this answer. Which felt like the wisdom of the world was about to be bestowed upon me. I slowly shook my head.
“It’s because they are reflecting the glory that is within them, made by our Father.”
Whoa.
I was undone. As I looked at the flowers in the garden, the center was indeed yellow. But it was a bright yellow, white light that shown out from the center. The light was pure and beautiful and golden. The flowers in heaven, at their core, are a golden brilliant light.
Wow… Just wow.
Later, that afternoon as I sat in my chair, icing my arm, I contemplated all the flowers on the earth. And indeed almost all, have some yellow or white coloring in the center. All the Iris flowers I looked at all had these soft tiny little fibers inside, they reflect the glory of God.
It’s amazing what we think is important on earth. That day the most important thing in my life was to understand that even the flowers reflect the glory of God. Oh, how we miss so much in our rushed and hurried life.
FLOWERS! What a miracle.
Okay, a few more posts and I’ll wrap this series. I’ll share more in the teaching I’ll offer in February for donors to the ministry. I’ll share a link here if you want to donate and join in.
I love you. Today, please slow down and ponder the flowers. Take in their reflection of the glory of God.
Blessings and hugs, Lynn
