The Garden

The Garden

My friends, let’s pick up on the story that I’ve come to now define and describe as my 10 days with Jesus or 10 days when the Door to the Spirit was open.

After dancing with Jesus, I continued to see many things, too numerous to mention in posts. I will share with you the highlights of my encounters over the next few posts.

The following morning, I sat outside on a brilliant summer morning. The birds were singing and I sat with my Bible, coffee and journal. I also sat across from Jesus who joined me on the patio furniture. He would always be waiting for me outside sitting on the loveseat. I always saw him in a white button-down shirt with the cuffs rolled up a couple of time. His blue jeans were well-worn but without holes in the knees and he was usually barefoot. However, sometimes he was wearing a white hoody and white tennis shoes. Once he motioned toward his shoes, with a smile, and I knew He thought they were “cool.”

Who knew Jesus thinks shoes are cool???

He sat waiting, expectantly for me and always with a bright smile of love. I always showed up with utter astonishment to see him and with wonder and excitement in my heart. All of this was so new and wonderful.

As I sat down, I looked at the wonderful garden out in my yard and felt joy in my heart. I said to Jesus, “Thank you so much for providing this beautiful garden where I can meet with you every morning.”

Jesus sat up, leaned forward, his eyes never departed from mine. He said in an excited voice, “Do you want to see the Father’s garden?”

The next thing I knew I was standing with Jesus in a vast landscape. I could see the horizon of a cloudless sky that appeared golden, tame orange in color. Immediately, I was distracted from looking around further because I felt something touching my feet.

I looked down at my bare feet standing across form Jesus and His bare feet that were resting in green grass. I then watched tiny, small vining flowers curled up from the grass to twirl gently around our feet to our ankles. A few small vines with small white flowers. I was filled with emotion. It was love. These small flowers were curling around us to hug us because they loved us. Loved me and Jesus.

Say what????

I could “feel” the plants loving on me. I knew instinctively that I stood in a vast and beautiful Eden, the garden of our Father.

What came next still fills me with awe to this day. I’ll share that experience in the next post.

If you have longed to see Jesus and know His Presence, start with praying and asking Him to reveal Him and His love in a unique way to you.

Thank you for sharing this experience with me. It has changed me, and I pray you are encouraged to know how much the Lord loves and longs to reveal Himself to His people. Blessings and hugs, Lynn

How beautiful. Can you share what preacher it was and what video you watched right before this encounter unfolded? I would love to share in this. Thank you for sharing!

Yes. I plan to share it in a post at the the end of this series. I pray that the door is opened for you and you are overwhelmed by his love and Presence. In Jesus name. Amen.
